the STORY
WHY THIS WORK
While I’ve always had strong gut feelings, just before my college graduation in 2008, I was struck by a moment of intuition so clear and profound it stopped me in my tracks. Standing in the middle of my bedroom, I made what seemed like a split-second decision but had been years in the making.
What followed changed the course of my life.
Since then, I’ve been walking the path between the visible and the invisible, studying not only what can be measured, but what can be felt. My work is rooted in both the science of the psyche and the language of the soul. I’ve spent years weaving the two, knowing that the answers to our deepest questions live where they meet. I hold the deep belief that we rarely need advice, because something in us always has access to the precise wisdom meant for this moment. My role is to help clear the noise around that voice.

Experience That Grounds the practice
I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy and over ten years of clinical experience. My 150+ hours of advanced post-graduate training in attachment-based work aligns with my training in decolonization, equity and ancestral wisdom– living in right and reciprocal relationships with parts of ourselves, one another, and the land we live on is imperative for our collective future.
My role in advancing this work centers on restoring self-trust, deepening our connection to inner wisdom, and reclaiming the personal power of choice in our lives and work.
My BA in Education allows me to break down these abstract ideas into applicable steps and my experience as a teacher shapes how I facilitate workshops, classes, and speaking engagements.
My academic background includes a foundation in world religions and spiritual frameworks, culminating in a minor in Biblical Studies. In addition, I’m Reiki-attuned, a certified spiritual coach, and a graduate of MINKA’s Consciousness of Radical Equity Leadership Program where I am now a faculty member teaching Decolonial Business Strategy.

My medicine is most potent when the sacred meets the material — when your soul sees what is possible and your mind is still catching up. When you're bringing your gifts into the world and shaping a path that doesn’t follow old, oppressive ways of being.
It meets you powerfully in the moments of unraveling inherited scripts around worth and survival, learning to trust your inner voice, and choosing to live in alignment with what your spirit already knows to be true. I’m especially called to walk with people through the dizzying and complex terrain of identity, money, scarcity, spirituality, intuition, and business ownership — where deeper patterns around power and permission are at play.
This is the heart of my work: helping you step into a fuller expression of your personal power so that you can create offerings that support healing and businesses that circulate abundance.
